Sophie: “People have come up with amazing ideas here, to have a positive impact on people’s lives. I wanted to make a product that would be about the arts meets science, and for users to be able to visualise art through their own health stats.

In practice, we would gather data from a group of runners on health and breathing. Using projection mapping, visuals and sound, the movement could create some colourful patterns to track progress as a group. This could be really useful to use with school groups during a P.E. lesson.

Luke: “A great benefit of this would be that pupils could focus on their individual performance of running fast, but they’re working towards seeing an artistic interpretation of them as a group. I think that would be really effective with young people.”
