“I wasn’t quite as speedy as the others in coming up with a product, but I was happy with what I developed. I’ve been thinking about gamification qualities recently, and how they can be used to motivate people to change their behaviour. There are lots of apps available to use to help with fitness and help with mindfulness techniques. I think it would be really interesting to enable users to feel empowered and take control of breathing and relaxation techniques.
As I say, I haven’t ironed out the details yet, but the idea of using coding to achieve this sort of outcome is really positive.”
